WHAT DOES BESPOKE MEAN?

It means that we design jerseys to your specifications. We bring your vision to life.

ARE YOUR JERSEYS REALLY CUSTOM MADE?

All of our jerseys are made with a specific person in mind. We customize designs to include specific player numbers, names, and sizes. The jersey isn’t made until your order is placed.

HOW LONG DOES THE PROCESS TAKE?

Our design phase usually takes 1 to 2 weeks. Once the design is finalized, we get the names, numbers and sizes for all the jerseys being ordered. Production time runs from can run from 4-6 weeks depending on the style of jersey, and options selected. If you’re ordering an existing design from our store, production runs about 4-6 weeks after the ordering window closes.

11/2021:  Due to global supply chain and logistics issues, we are currently running about 10 days over our normal production times. Unfortunately these delays are not consistent of predictable. We will always do our best to get your orders to you in a timely manner. Please understand that some of these things are out of our control, and like everyone, we hope for a return to normal as soon as possible.

DO YOU DO RUSH ORDERS?

We do not. We’ve tried it once, and we learned that it’s almost impossible to guarantee a delivery time inside our normal windows. Our jerseys are manufactured overseas, and international shipping comes with too many factors outside of our control for just-in-time deliveries.

DO YOU SHIP TO … ?

Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, and Mexico. If you’re outside those regions, we’ll work with you to find out any added fees or steps to get jerseys to you.

WHY ISN’T THE JERSEY SHOP OPEN ALL THE TIME?

In order to keep production costs manageable, we open the Jersey shop for ordering windows. These usually last from two weeks to a month. If you’d like to be notified when the shop is open, please sign up for notifications.

IS THERE A TEAM DISCOUNT?

Our prices already come in below the industry standard for a custom jersey. That said, we offer discounts to youth hockey organizations. We want to see kids playing hockey in jerseys that look good, and that they love playing in.

WHAT’S THE BEST WAY TO WASH MY JERSEY?

Warm or cold on a gentle cycle, hang up to dry if possible. Go with a low heat if you use a dryer.

IS THERE A RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

As all of our items are custom made, with a specific player, number, and size we do not accept returns. We do not keep anything in stock, which is another choice we've made to keep our prices as low as we can. Please take the time to go over our sizing charts, double check the spelling of your name, and make sure you send in the correct number when ordering.
